Toyota Town has the best service of any auto dealership that I've ever seen! You are in and out quickly and the service is flawless! The cost is low. They clean the car every time too! I would never buy any other car than a Toyota in the future! This time around, I had MJ as my service advisor - the best!!

Absolutely the best dealer in town. The sales staff, the service staff the reception are all so friendly and accommodating. I’m treated like a valued customer every time I visit. They are transparent with the prices and explain everything before they do any work. Wouldn’t buy or service my Toyota anywhere else.

Terrible, arrogant service. Set up a service appointment for 930 am this morning, showed up at 9:08 (or 9:06 according to the guy’s watch) wouldn’t register me. Have to wait in their parking lot cause they are too busy.

Great service from counter to repair. The waiting area was extremely clean and they have great safety measures when entering to ensure everyone's safety. Before they preformed any work, MJ informed me of what I would and wouldn't need done. I appreciate his honesty as I do not know much about vehicle servicing but knew what he was advising me was what my car needed.Cost wise I thought was extremely fair for what they did plus labour. I would absolutely recommend ToyotaTown!

I was in need of quick attention from a Toyota Dealer due to a recall. There was some need for haste. The Service Manager Ed took the time to order the recall, and worked me into the schedule even though I didn't book an appointment. He knew my situation required speed, and he did his best to accommodate me. He was polite, reliable, and dependable. I would 100% recommend this Toyota Dealership.

Excellent Dealership. I got my RAV4 here 2021. Hyacinth helped me with the process and she was always kind explaining everything. I just removed one star because I have order a hybrid car and it is taking too long. Other than that, this is the right place to buy a car.I also used to do my regular service there, and I was happy with the free car wash provided.

2 hours to do an oil & filter change when you have to book an appointment 3weeks prior . U need to value their time but doesn’t reciprocate and pathetic service at cashier desk all they want is ur payment but don’t ask questions because they are too busy! Worst customer experience
