Banana Republic Factory Store

Great shop and super friendly staff. Lots of good deals to be found.

I recently visited the Banana Republic at the Outlet Collection Winnipeg and it was very disappointing. In general, I really like Banana Republic. But, when I have visited the location, the “outlet” store has often had limited stock (maybe is was picked over too much by other customers?). Staff members often have generally not approached me to offer assistance. And the men’s clothing options are rather poor to what I have seen in other Canadian cities and throughout the US. I think Banana Republic is a good brand – there never seems to be anything in this store that I really want to buy. Maybe they will review their stock and offer different options in the future? If so, I would be way more inclined to go back!

Good deals in the store and the front cashier was helpful. But Joy working in the fitting room was not at all helpful. I spent about 15 minutes in the fitting room. She never greeted nor did she ask me if I need any other size. Her attitude was not appropriate at all. I love shopping at this outlet but this has definitely hindered my past experience!!

Though, I couldn't find any good discounted items but great customer service by April at the fitting rooms was delivered. She was very calm, helpful and welcoming.

Love their clothing, especially when they're having their 40% off sales. Staff were really nice and helpful. Lots of selection! Great clothes for a formal night out / work. Great place.

Pretty good sale prices for great quality clothing. The staff were friendly, I suppose, but some of the cashiers just seemed like they didn't want to be there. Didn't say much, and took about 5 minutes to scan/fold my 3 items. I feel that checkout should have been a bit quicker.

Nice selection of items. They have 10% off for students and teachers. They have Signs about getting 15% off. I was told to leave my email and one will be sent to me. Upon getting the email, I went back to the store to use it and first the cashier said it’s online only , I showed him it’s both, then he said it’s for US only and sometimes the coupons sent are US only. Why send unusable discount codes? Disappointed.

One of my favorite stores/ brands. Great selection, friendly and accommodating staff.
