We went downstairs and our finished basement had water all over the floor. We were referred to tactical and the same day the problem was fixed and they wiped up the mess and left no sign that they were even there. It was hassle free and a very fair price. They had everything they needed in the van. Matthew was very helpful and insightful. Hopefully it never happens again but if it does we now know how to address the problem and mitigate the damage next time.

Matt came out to Calmar and helped change a set of taps over for my mom as a surprise. He was very straight forward with his pricing and stuck to his quote. He is very efficient and knowledgable and very pleasant to chat with. I have delt with a lot of tradesmen and matt is by far the best . This company is the best, the owner Matt is kind, efficient and honest not like other plumbing company that charges an arm and a leg. Matt will only charge you the actual time it takes and no service call charges either. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing any plumbing repairs.

Matt knows his stuff. Fixed my toilet and shower for the sale of my house. Pricing straight forward, explains clearly what he was doing and was punctual. Known for his great sense of humour. I highly recommend him.
