Service was fast and efficicent. Arrived ~4:15 pm on a tuesday and was <1 minute wait before I was greeted at the door, pulled in and asked what services I wanted that day. The staff did an amazing job at cleaning up the oil (out of their control due to the dumb top-side oil filter in my vehicle), as well as checking 3 times to ensure that my oil was topped up to the proper level and topping up all other fluids (coolant, windshield washer) free of charge. The staff was friendly, even tossed around a few jokes and did not attempt to up-sell me anything I didn't want.

Took my car to get an oil change a few weeks ago, but when I had other mechanics check my car they told me that the oil levels were half filled and that it was dirty oil. My car does not have leaks. Tried to call on Sunday but no one picked up. This place took advantage of me. It’s upsetting and embarrassing and a waste of money. Shame on you.

Always come in and have never have had a problem. The employees are courtesy. Not pressured to add a ton of stuff like other oil places. Free coffee, tea or slushees.

was greeted pleasantly upon arrival and finished an oil change in less than 30 mins (no line-up on an early monday morning). i had questions with the pricing and the senior staff took the time to explain, which i appreciated, hence a good review for Jiffy Lube on Kennedy!since i read some reviews saying not full tank of oil, i asked to be shown the oil level detected through my vehicle monitor and it was 100% full.

I had an automotive emergency that required some immediate attention, and I was able to get everything fixed in less than 15 minutes. They also did some excellent work on my tires, and best of all, they performed everything with great service and they were very generous with their time and care! I would highly recommend anyone to come here, and I would like to thank Zack in particular for his amazing service.I will definitely be coming here for my next oil change!
