Great Coaching! I had the privilege to participate in Stacey’s 5 session program. Through the process I learnt a lot about myself that I didn’t know existed. I have been given the Leadership tools to understand that I cannot necessarily change my external environment, but I can change how I respond in those challenging situations. The program pushed me to be open and vulnerable, to get to my truths. I appreciated that Stacey kept me accountable even when I tried to mask over some of my triggers, she pushed me in a respectable manner, to be open and honest with how I was truly feeling.
