These guys are excellent to deal with, we have been customers for a couple years now with multiple purchases. Shawn and Shelly have been helpful and friendly every time we've been in the store. They can source anything you may want.Now for the delivery crew, of the few items we have bought that needed delivery, was delivered quickly, and the crew always put the home owners wishes first. Always polite and willing to answer any questions you may have.Just today, I had to have a warranty issue addressed with a portable a/c unit. Got home from work and the place was some hot, called the store and Shelly was able to correct the concern by having a replacement unit sent out almost immediately. Shelly sent Shirley down with a working unit, Shirley then went out of her way to ensure the unit worked properly and we were happy and satisfied with the remedy.As I sit here enjoying the temperature quickly dropping to a comfortable point, I'm thankful that there are people that go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and in this case, comfortable.Thank you very much!10/10Rob & Crystal

Had my new mattress and ty stand delivered today! Shirley was amazing on delivery. Vary happy and funny. The Manger Shawn answered all my questions, had all my info processed vary quickly. Great stuff!

Shirley is one of the best! She's always nice and friendly and gives you her opinion with the option of it being your choice. Always talks to you when she enters your home and is an all around delightful individual. Love love love you girl! ❤️ Keep up the great work! Definitely one of the best people to lease from! Customer care was amazing in every way, i could never have ever possibly dreamed of having as nice of a sectional as this is but it looks amazing and at such a great deal! Just had my washer and dryer delivered today.. Even for their last delivery of the day and Shirley and (based on the other reviews, I'm guessing) Jay were fast, efficient and friendly!
