Dr.Mackenzie is a God send, I lived my entire life with teeth/jaw issues. She took me seriously and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Dr. MacKenzie is hands down the best orthodontist. A lot of clinics are run like a production line with treatment taking such a long time - this is NOT Dr. MacKenzie’s office and definitely not her style. She is not one to recommend unnecessary treatment, she truly cares about her patients (and it shows!), is incredibly accessible & responsive, and is at the top of her game. It is obvious she loves what she does. Her team is equally friendly, helpful and welcoming.
