I have never met a Doctor like Dr. Khan who is both understanding, compassionate and very skillful. He has the ability to make you feel safe in his care. I was blessed to be referred to him for a suspicious sore on my leg by Dr. Clark. He didn't sugar coat the biopsy and that it was cancer but he immediately reassured me that he could remove it and it would be gone for good. The procedure was flawless and I left with clear instructions for personal follow up care and a date for the return to remove stitches. Dr. Khan also assured me that he was available if I had any problems. What more could one ask. I have further areas to have looked at but no fear this time thanks to this kind, capable surgeon. Thank you Dr. Khan.

I would definitely recommend this Clinic. Dr. Khan was very compassionate, very easy to talk to and joke around with. He took the time to explain thoroughly the two procedures I needed. I was extremely pleased with the results and follow up by them. I was referred to the Clinic by my family doctor and was able to get in very quickly. The staff are all very friendly, pleasant to deal with and accommodating.

My appointment was 4pm and have been called in 4:45pm. This is the second time I visit them fist time I waited 1 hr to be seen. The nurse was rude this time, when he saw me with no mask and I told him I forgot to bring one he said go get one from dollar store infront of everyone in the waiting room, and he went in and closed the door behind him. I dont understand, Masks are not mandatory anymore and if the office wants patient to wear them they should have them at the front just like any hospital or health care center. Also when I returned with my mask on, I found they took someone in and made me wait an extra 15 minutes then he come out later and tell me if I can be served at the back room although they have rooms and also I had appointment so a room should have been reserved for my time slot, no privacy no enough light there, a chair beside a desk fridge, and whatever, in a cluttered room. Seriously! They dont commit to appointments you will wait for long time the nurse have no respect and service quality sucks!. That's what you get there.

Very happy with my results. I had a large mole removed from the top of my eyebrow and the scar line is minimal and almost hidden in my eyebrow. It has been just over a month now and it’s almost completely healed up. Dr Khan is very gentle and an excellent Doctor. I would highly recommend The Mole Clinic.

To begin with, was able to get me in very quickly , didn’t have to wait super long to be seen at all. The day I got my consultation I also got my facial mole removed. It was quick and absolutely painless. The incision line was absolutely precise and clean cut. He explained he was going to cut deep enough to remove hair follicles which made me happy ! Since I read sometimes removal doesn’t always solve that issue. A week later I went back and got my stitches out and I was able to apply make up over the area to cover the bit of redness . It’s only been 1 week since stitches came out and there’s a very slight and barley noticeable mark where the mole was removed that will eventually become almost or all the way invisible. The price was also fair and felt like I was in very good professional hands, and Dr Khan and his assistant were also very kind . This was a cosmetic procedure so I did not need a dr recommend but I still showed my Dr before I went to get it looked at.

Exceptional service. Quick to get an appointment and then had a mole removed off my face. The physician was very diligent and did a wonderful job with my stitches. It’s been just over a month and the scar is almost invisible. I expect it to fade even more with time. It looks so natural that not one person has noticed or commented! Thank you!

EDIT: I understand perfectly fine that this is the narrative you’re attempting to create; however your original quote was $200, not $300. There was absolutely never a mention of a ‘discount’ already being applied to this quote at the time of my consultation. In fact you quoted me $200+hst for a second time the day of my appointment without even remembering or being aware that I had already paid a $100 consultation fee. You then conveniently increased the price to $300 only after I inquired about being able to apply the credit to make it seem as though the $100 was already being taken into account. Also your first excuse was that it was too long since my consultation to apply the credit, so which is it? I was not trying to “get a $300 service done for only $100”. I was trying to get the service done for what you quoted; and to be credited for the $100 that I already paid. ($100 + $100 = $200) So how is it that I was trying to have the service done for $100? You are intentionally trying to give the impression that I was looking for some additional discount. Claiming that I was “demanding” to have it done for any price other than what I was told it would be is just completely false. In effect, you were trying to charge $300 for a $200 service, and it was simply not adding up.Completely unprofessional. The office does not keep proper records and the staff and Dr. clearly do not communicate. They overbook and make you wait 40 minutes past your appt time just for the Dr to enter the room. They charge $100 for a 60 second consultation, which is one thing if you do not go forward with the procedure, but I was told (via email) that it could be applied toward one of the two removals I was to have done; which is a standard practice. At the time the Dr quoted me $400 for the one and $200 for the other plus tax for the two removals. I went in for the first removal to be done a few weeks later, which took about 5 minutes, but when I asked about applying the consultation fee when paying the $452 the Dr would not apply the credit at that time (with no explanation) but told me himself I can use it for the next appointment. However when I returned for the next appointment, he didn’t remember any of the events and told me they would not honour the $100 credit toward this procedure either. I asked why I was told twice now that the $100 could be applied toward my procedure but then when I am there they rescind on it? Not very ethical or a good business practice. He denied telling me that I could use it toward this service as he “didn’t remember” and continued arguing with me when I was just trying to figure out why there was so much confusion around something I was told on two occasions, that I have written proof of. He then told me they could not apply the credit because it had been too long since my consultation - yet when I asked about it at my FIRST appointment just a few weeks after (which was their first opening) he would not honour it then? It was not making sense. He changed his argument every 30 seconds, and refused to let me show him the email I had from his office where it clearly states that my consultation fee could be applied toward the procedure. Not to mention telling me himself that I could use it “next time”. I didn’t appreciate being made to feel like I was now haggling on the price when that was not the case. It was not about the extra $100 but the principle is that I was lied to and then somehow made to seem like I was the one being unreasonable? I left without having the service after organizing childcare for my 8 month old twins and having my time was completely wasted. I would rather pay double to get it done elsewhere after this experience. Any professional Dr’s office should have CLEAR policies regarding consultation/procedure fees and it seems as though the staff and Dr. are on completely different pages.

Myself and my wife have been patients of Dr. Khans for a couple of years now. I am not fond of Doctors but Dr. Khan has made us feel welcome and comfortable. He has always been attentive to our needs and has built our trust. It's so hard to find a Doctor like him anymore. He is an intelligent and caring man.Bill and Connie Walker.
