They are supposed to be the best emergency services in Canada. However their staff seems like anything but competent. On a afternoon instead of saving lives of people you will find them peeping through the ventilation window to see what others are doing in their balcony and later gossip about it like girls as if they dont have anything interesting in their own life. We hear the “ fancy words” like “ mental health matter”, and “ pride”. However it is only reserved for people of certain color.

Great place to learn CPR. They have animals trained to visit people in the hospital.

The Course was wonderful. The Instructor Marly was helpful and answered all of my questions.

Amazing course, very helpful for volunteering with the local fire department.

Instructor forgot multiple things and was incorrect on simple things like proper PPE. kind of sad given how much we pay for the course. Also - barely any hands on experience. All we did was push on a dummy for 2 minutes.Everything here I could've taught myself online using google. But I had to do it, because it was a prerequisite in my university program.Waste of money. I did the 2day programs.You need better instructors... She had no idea what slides were in her PowerPoint. I wondered when was the last time she even looked at it. Kept saying the wrong things - class kept correcting her - misusing words and putting down people with mental health and opiate addictions.I will not be back, and I will not recommend this course to anyone I know who needs a CPR+FIRST AID/AED certification. This was a horrible excuse for a program.
