Scott definitely needs a raise. Best customer service and very easy to talk to. He helped me get some product for the company I work for and when I told my boss about him he said that he has had many pleasant experiences with Scott as well. Very level headed when dealing with customers that don’t know what they’re talking about (myself). He knows the products very well and is very fast when getting orders done. Shows his personality when dealing with customers which is hard to find these days. Usually it’s just the blank stare and typically ‘I deal with customers all day’ monotone but with Scott it felt like dealing with a real person and not a robot.

Experts in a niche product. Couldn't find a solution, called and the sales rep assured me they would be able to fulfill. They meet it and provide before the ETA timeframe.

Been here twice today and waited the first time for 20 min with only one guy working behind the desk. Had to leave for an appointment and only one customer served. Came back two hours later and same thing. Not sure how you sell good to the customers with one person at the till. I will find another option where I don’t have to book my whole day to wait in line.

Good place for various parts. But it's a bit slow. Once you go there, expect to stand in line for quite a while.

I work way over in Acheson, there are other places closer I can get nuts and bolts from. I drive across town for Edmonton Nut and Bolt because unlike other places they always have what I need. That is big. Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the effort they are making to keep their staff safe and me the consumer safe with covid-19 precautions.

Great place for 'do it yourselfers'. Excellent stock.

Friendly staff and they almost always have what you need in stock. If not, they can get it quickly. A good place for imperial, metric not so much.
