When was the right time to share that the dental practice had been bought and that a new dentist was doing my dental work that day instead? It sure wasn't moments before the work starts while I was in the chair. Granted this review is about two years late, but better late than never.

Ever since dr Corinne retired this place has not been the same. I had an appointment for a cleaning and the hygienist kept trying to up sell me for more things during the appointment and wouldn't stop talking instead of actually doing cleaning work. She wanted to charge me for 45min when she spent 15min talking about nonsense. Dental offices are plenty in this town. I'll be going somewhere else.

Did not complete a pre authorization with my insurance which resulted in lakeside dental calling me 6 months later and then telling me i owe over $700 out of pocket even though have full dental coverage!! Horrible communication. Front desk was always nice but this was probably the worst experience with any business that I’ve ever had. My family and I will not be returning!

I have been a patient with lake side my entire life, back when Dr. Content was the owner and dentist I was a little scared with Dr. Malik but she very quickly made me feel comfortable. She's up front and honest ! Always willing to work with you on a solution! The receptionist are absolutely amazing women ! They are nothing short of perfection ! 10/10 love you guys!

I was so scared to get my dental implant done (I actually put it off for 7 years!) but they made the whole process comfortable from start to finish and always took the time to make sure I understood what was going to happen at each appointment. My new tooth is finally complete and looks and feels like it's always been there! Thank you!

Very thorough, from start to finish. Receptionist is very lovely and helpful always. Dental hygienist is excellent not to mention the highly qualified Dentist they have! I would highly recommend. I have been going to this office for a few years now. I am very particular in who I see and how they perform. They don't say you need this or that, if it's not needed! Which is what I like. They always are checking to make sure any dental work you need is actually needed! 5 plus stars in my opinion!

Lakeside Dental has amazing customer service. Their front desk staff go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. The hygienists do a great job cleaning your teeth and explaining what they are doing and what they notice about your teeth with helpful tips on oral hygiene. The dentist is efficient and kind and uses great practices to minimize any discomfort. Really can’t recommend them enough! Our family is lucky to have such a great dental clinic to help take care of our teeth!
