Terrible service. Seems like the employees here don't want your business and are very judgmental of your income amount. I won't ever return to this location. Sad they closed the Wellington Exeter location. That place was awesome.

Only four stars because had an employee been thorough then I could have avoided a payday loan but ultimately the manager there and another staff had made me aware I'm available for a line of credit which is mucccch better to have and less taxing overall which they got me into and now when I have an emergency or a need I can afford it without it taxing me an arm and a leg, thank you cash money!

I just wanted to share my experience when I recently went into the Wellington rd and Exeter location in London. The representative was very pleasant and understanding of my situation as to why I was there. She took the time to explain everything to me, friendly and made me feel comfortable as to what I was doing. I could not believe how clean and VERY organized that store was inside. I asked to speak to the manager so I could tell her what a great employee she had. The manager was extremely happy I took the time to share with her my experience. I got both their names. Cheyenne and Vicki. I will be back and recommend if you want excellent service this is the place!!

Laynie at the Wellington S & Baseline E branch was amazing. She was fast and very thorough in her explanations. She took the time to set proper repayment expectations and timelines. I was impressed with how efficient and friendly she was. She definitely helped in meeting my needs today.
