Dr. Gordon Jung Inc.

Been coming to Dr. Gordon jung for atleast 3 years for alopecia treatment on my scalp and beard. DR. Jung is awesome he's always answered every one of my questions in full detail and is always on top of the new patches that pop up. With him I'd probably be bald at 25. Thank you so much DR.Jung and team. You guys are awesome

The receptionist was very RUDE! I'm not sure why she even works there. She needs to be fired. Plus she tried charging me for 2 no shows lol. The first was in 2016 apparently. However I had no idea I had an appointment with them. I was in Europe and she told me I should have called to cancel. lol. The 2nd time is when the OFFICE canceled my appointment due to COVID last year 2020. And they still wanted me to pay lol. WOW. Anywho, fire the receptionist. If she doesn't enjoy her job perhaps she should look into another industry that doesn't require dealing with people. She might be a good litter picker or dog poop scooper at parks. Just keep her away from human interaction. NO EMPATHY either.

My elderly mother went to see Dr Jung for a skin search for spots etc. She was very apprehensive going into the appointment but he made her feel very comfortable. He is very professional and made her feel at ease. She highly recommends him

NW Dermatology is a nice spacious clinic. Receptionist are nice, I’ve seen Dr. Gordon Jung, who is always nice and funny-frank in his consultation and conversations. He’s busy so it’s difficult to get appointments with him but it’s always a delight to meet him and get my Alopecia injections.One can park the car next to the 7 Eleven parking and get out of there quickly. ;-)I would recommend this clinic and visit here as much as I could, but Canadian doctors are so busy always eh!

Dr. Jung has been very patient in explaining my condition to me. He makes it easy to understand and is thorough in explaining the treatment options that are available to me and their risks. The office is very clean. The office has been busy the few times I have been but the staff have always been nice and friendly.

Dr. Jung was good, efficient and willing to listen.However, his Receptionist was the rudest person I believe I have ever encountered. I think he will lose patients due to her attitude regardless of the waitlist for Drs. I will advise him of this during follow up visit.

I saw 2 Dr. In Kelowna and was very disappointed. My Dr. Suggested Dr. JUNG and he fixed my skin issue so I could go out in public again. Very happy .

Dr. Jung has been my Dermatologist for almost 3 years now and he’s always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a well rounded Doctor who’s open to listening to his patients history and goals.

Dr Gordon is friendly, he listen to you, addresses all the issues you may have. I had a great experience. He explains everything. He honestly will do whatever possible on spot. He followed up to check up on me to see how is everything. I definitely recommend him.

I didn’t get a chance to meet Dr Jung because it took over 6 months to book an appointment with him and my problem was solved on its own after 9 months. So I really can’t say much about him, BUT, I would say 3 words about his receptionists RUDE, RUDE, RUDE
