I have a really bad experience with the agency. First , that made a mistake in charging my credit card, which they refused to correct. They also did not check whether the traveller needs visa to enter Canada, causing the traveller (10-years old girl) to come to the airport and be rent the flight ( the last minute visa was not available either due to the maintenance of Canada.ca website at the moment) . They do have a small print about visa on the INVOICE, not on the ticket, and they did not bother to let me know. The girl was left in tears and great trauma. I strongly DO NOT recommend dealing with this agency.
