On the Tip of the Toes Foundation
Tip of the Toes is a foundation that really makes a difference in young adults lives. They whisk cancer survivors and those still in treatment away for an adventure in various places in Canada. I have been twice, once while still in treatment for four days, and once a year later when I was taking treatment break for the long expedition over ten days. I was able to do this because they fully pay for your airfare there and back, the trip is entirely paid for by generous donators and all the equipment is supplied.
