Great machine…poor service. As a new owner of a jet ski, I would’ve liked better service. I got home with the jet ski (thank God) and there was no pin to keep the hitch from popping off….the salesman hooked up the trailer. I was not informed about back straps even though I had asked to make sure I had everything I needed. No mention of a trailer Jack or spare tire for the trailer. Then I asked what I needed to pull a tube. The salesman picked out the rope I would need and I chose the tube. Again, no mention of needing something to keep the rope from getting sucked in.Needless to say, it got sucked in on our second ride. Nothing was damaged but I just had to pay $179 in labor to get the rope off of the rod it wrapped around. This all could have been avoided.Very disappointed customer.In response to the feedback….I was not offered a different trailer. This trailer came with the jet ski that I bought. A different customer had backed out of the deal. Again, great machine…poor service.Still disappointed!

We made the 2hr. drive to Centre PowerSports this morning. We were specifically looking for 509 helmets and goggles and they have a very large selection of apparel and gear so we found exactly what we were looking for. Very competitively priced too. They were quick to help us and locate the sizes we needed in the back. This place is definitely worth the drive. You won't be disappointed!

Brought my wheeler in for some work and I told them that I wanted all the fluids changed, look at the shifter linkage, and put a new battery in is all I wanted. I get a call saying that they have the gearbox out, brake calipers off, clutch out of it, and it was all tore apart without asking me for permission to go any farther on it before they tore it all apart when that wasn’t what I asked to be done and then I had to eat the labor cost because I didn’t want to go through with what they wanted to replace. I was not happy with the service I won’t be bringing anything there to get work done nor will I buy anything from them anymore.

Team at Centre PowerSports could not be nicer or easier to deal with. They are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a fantastic selection of machines and accessories. Their competitive pricing and no hassle sales approach is what makes me continue go back and do business with them-every season .... Plus I feel well taken care of AFTER the sale. : )
