I have been here a handful of times for massages and everytime has been very pleasant. The staff are attentive and professional, they do any amazing job, and are very friendly. The facility is clean and relaxing and the prices are very fair! Definetly recommend checking them out.

Nikki is amazing…she is a skilled esthetician with a warm, nurturing and gentle personality. She takes exceptional care of her clients and provides top notch service. I actually travel from Vancouver to see her and it is well worth my trip. My lashes look phenomenal when she was worked her magic.The clinic is clean, welcoming and inviting. Prices are very competitive. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Darlene, delivered a thoughtful and professional deep tissue massage. During each corner of my body's massage, I fell asleep. She is truly gifted. She found injuries I never mentioned and worked them out. AMAZING.

I have been coming to Lotus for years and I always love the experience here. I have brought my friends and family as well and they all love it. Most of the staff knows me by name now. I've had pedicures, waxes, massages done here and they are all excellent and I have always left happy. Prices are very reasonable and staff is always very friendly.

Went there a coupe days ago and was a little late to my appointment, but they were so accomodating! They still made me feel so relaxed and not rushed at all! It was such a great experience overall and so relaxing! They are all so friendly! The place is clean and cozy! As soon as you enter the room you feel relaxed and amazing! Would definitely recommend over any other place! Can't wait for my next appointment!

This was the second time my bf and I booked here for a couples massage for my bday, the first time (pre-covid) was great, but this past time we both felt that the experience was very sub par. Massage was just a very very light rubbing for most of it, the music was turned down and pretty cold so the atmosphere was not the most relaxing. Everyone was very nice and hospital overall but the massage was a little disappointing! Wasn't asked about preferences beforehand or checked on throughout so it all felt a little rushed.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lotus Day spa. They offer a lot of treatment options from skin care to massage. I was offered a complimentary fruit plate and cucumber water to enjoy while I soaked my feet before my facial. The facial itself was very relaxing and she used a number of different products to treat my skin concerns. I left feeling amazing. I would highly recommend Lotus day spa.

The service was fast and affordable. I think the worker could have clarified what I wanted done better as I was not 100% satisfied with the result. But I am still so grateful for the services here because I cannot do these things myself. The building was clean and the room sanitized upon arrival. Very kind staff and lots of products to look at to keep me busy while waiting.

Nicole was incredible, can’t thank her enough, I have had many botched eye brow tints and waxes but this was not the case with Nicole. She really took her time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way and loved how I looked. I can’t recommend her enough, I can’t wait for my next appointment.
