Clinique vétérinaire de Hull

I have been going there for a few years for my dogs and cat. Always had good service and staff was nice and polite.I used to see the same veterinarian all the time and in the past few months I went with any veterinarian that was available and was very pleased with 3 of the veterinarians that examined my animals. We’re able to provide good advised, checked up on animal by calling me, etc.I would work a bit on timing of visit when animal has to go back. Example: my dog had to take an antibiotic for 2 weeks but veterinarian wanted to see him after 1 week which added extra costs. That happened 2 times in the same treatment period and I ended up canceling my last appointment because it became too expensive to pay for the visit when he was not done the antibiotics.Nothing to say about the rest. Overall always good experiences!

Great experience during Lenny’s appointment. The clinic is clean and bright. The staff were pleasant and welcoming and Dr. Kadar was very gentle with Lenny as he completed my cat’s exam. Check out this clinic!

The technician didn't seem to know what she was doing and unprofessional with my cat. The vet was fine but I overall didn't feel happy with the service and wouldn't go back.

I am a first time pet owner and I love this place! Excellent service, staff who care and all the help you need. Efficient when it comes to appointments and communicating them to you.

My precious dog who initially had minor issues and was under the care of Dr. Tounkara died due to wrong diagnosis. Even when we did visits every 2 weeks and almost weekly phone appointments, the vet did not notice he was becoming critical until it was too late. We are devastated and can’t believe this happened. Our poor baby suffered.

I started going to this clinic when Dr. Karim amalgamated his vet with theirs as I wanted to fallow Dr. Karim as he knows my dogs history and I had very positive experiences with he. Seen Dr. Karim today as I did previously and had the same lovely service as pre-Covid. Sylvie at the front desk went out of her way to answer my many questions and was very kind. Thank you/Merci!

There seems to be a lot of various ratings for this vets office, but I can say without hesitation that I was met with nothing but care and compassion during a very difficult time for me and my family while out of town. W we only had the one visit, but I am grateful for the care and understanding they showed with me.

Went for a consultation in July and the vet said it was too soon to give her her needles. I was told to come back in December and she would only charge for the needles since I just paid for a consultation. Today (Dec 20) I took her back to get her shots and attempted to confirm that I wasn't going to be charged a consultation fee when I was brought in the room. The tech told me to wait while she confirms, then comes in saying it should be OK and asked I I had any concerns which I didn't. Then another tech comes in and proceeded to do a consultation, check her ears and temp..When it comes time to pay there was a consultation fee of about 42$.. I proceeded let the receptionist know that I wasn't supposed to be charged a consultation fee she said *oh that's just a consultation from a technician so it's only 42$ instead of 100 something*. I wasn't even told that's what they were going to do.. had I known I would have just rescheduled until the spring.. it's not the season for unexpected expenses.

I highly recommend this vet if you’re looking for quality care at an affordable price. Dr. Tounkara has always been kind and helpful with our two cats that we bring to this clinic.While I’ll admit it can be difficult trying to book an appointment with the constant game of telephone tag, it’s because this clinic is very busy offering great care at an affordable price point.The cost of our annual checkups are almost half of what we pay on the Ontario side for our one other cat, and for any major procedure (we’ve had to do a few dental surgeries here) it is drastically lower than what we’ve been quoted in Ontario.All in all, thank you Dr. Tounkara for providing great care and kindness towards our pets.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 10 years. They were amazing back then but at some point in the last few years something has changed and their customer service is literally appalling. The front staff do not care, they are rude and when you try to raise issue with the lack of client respect and care they are actually aggressive and unapologetic. They are money hungry and genuinely are not in the business of caring for animals.I loved the vet that I have been dealing with but will be transferring to another clinic.Do not waste your money here and take your pet to someone who actually wants to care for your animals!
