The Hot Tub People

We recently purchased a Wellis Orion plug'n play hottub. After looking at many different makes we decided on Wellis and couldn't be more pleased.Our sales rep, Devin, was very helpful and accommodating and made the online process seamless. Tyler and his crew, who delivered it and set it up, were well experienced and answered all our questions. They are definitely a great representation of your company.We have already recommended you to several friends who are or will be in the market for their own hottub.

The in store staff were easy do deal with and were able to answer all our questions. Tyler and his delivery Team were very professional and did a great job getting our tub in place. This is our first hot tub so knowledgeable staff was much appreciated.

Horrible place to buy a Hot Tub. Our hot tub has a leak for 3 months now. We are loosing 1” of water every day. After two months and a half of dealing with the Hot Tub staff, they finally advised the new parts were in. They booked an appointment and when they came they just siliconed (patched work) under our hot tub. We asked what about the new parts you need to install, they said “no need with silicone is enough. My wife asked the store manager why they did not install the new parts and the manager rudely said with silicone is enough and pushed my wife out of the store. We filled the hot tub 24 hours after and we are still loosing 1” of water per day. We now have to deal with head office since the local manager refused to provide the big manager contact info.

Had and continuing to have the worst experience with the hot tub people.1. Had to change the color of my siding days before the first delivery date, delaying the delivery by over a month. How did the hot tub people not know that the manufacture was no longer making the color of siding that we picked over 2 months earlier?2. Hot tub people changed the delivery date twice. Ask them to at least pick up the old hot tub as it is an eye sore and their response was definitely not.3. Delivered the hot tub with the wrong color jets, filter cover, and head rests. Their response was, we will have someone call you back. Again another huge fail, I now have to fight to get these item changed.4. Started filling our brand new never used hot tub to learn that it is leaking copious amounts of water. The hot tubs peoples response was “we will see what we can do and have someone call you back.” When? Who knows how long I’m going to have to wait for this problem to be fixed.We’ve been disappointed to many times by this company. It’s truly been a nightmare. I really expected more after spending over $17000 on a hot tub.The delivery guys were amazing, very professional and friendly.I don’t recommend.

I had been wanting a Plug & Play Hot Tub for a very long time and was able to find the perfect one at The Hot Tub People. Connor was always so quick to reply back to me, answering all of my questions, and the deliver team was amazing! My backyard is not very accessible to move any large items into but the delivery team found a way after 4 different attempts. I absolutely love my plug & play and I recommend The Hot Tub People to everyone.

Last year there was an issue with our hot tub. We requested service and they took the hot tub. We did not get our tub back for another two months of the summer. That was strike number one for us. Strike number two… Recently we have ran into yet another issue with our tub. We called and they said they would get back to us with a date to check out the issue. Surprise… no response. Unacceptable service from this company. I can’t believe that I am going to have to spend more summer nights without the hot tub that I payed good money for. I have barely got to enjoy the tub because of their service issues, that they promise to provide.

I shopped around the province for almost a year looking for the right spa. The Hot Tub People were able to offer me the best features and warranty at an an unbeatable price. Garey's help before and after the purchase is greatly appreciated!
