After a terrible experience(Repairing my cell) with my cell manufacturer, Haewai,, I took my cell the Bell store and they repaired it in 5 seconds.Thank you to the very well trained staff for the repair.

Brought my own phone in, and Brodie did an excellent job getting both my device and my girlfriend's on the bell network for a better deal than I had with competition. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

Everything went great but you need to have photo ID to get a phone upgrade but I didn't have it on me then I remembered a took a picture of front to back of my ID showed the manager and everything went smooth and no if you have your photo ID replaced they will not do anything cause service New Brunswick now sends drivers license or any kind of ID in the mail which takes over a week but overall experience great the manager walked me thru everything I needed to know it may just be a small bell alaint store but they have everything your looking for thanksNicholas C
