After placing an order I received no updates for over a month. After attempting to send an email and receiving no response I attempted to call the business. An automated response stated that the wait time was over 15 minutes and I would receive a callback. No one ever called me back. I then had to file a dispute with bank to get my money back. This seems to be a pretty shady operation and I would recommend others to steer clear. Not even bad customer service, it’s non-existent!

They are the WORST for customer service. I ordered an exhaust system from them on July 7th 2022, that was supposed to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks MAX and said that it was in STOCK. I had to fight with them after 1.5 months of wait. After 2 months of wait and FINALLY got a refund on October 26th, since they were not able even after 3.5months, to give me a serious answer about when I could finally receive it or what was going on with my order. It was a real pain to get serious answers. Nobody wanted to help. Nobody wanted to understand. And nobody cared. WORSE experience EVER with customer service. PERIOD!!!

Couldn't find a swing case for my 2012 GMC 1500 anywhere, the ones that were online were too expensive...Motorwise got me a set of right and left swing case's for $120 cheaper then anyone else and shipping is free for all their products, they came in the mail within 2 days!! Excellent service I will be recommending highly to my friends and family :)

Exceptional Customer Service / Order Follow-up!Special ordered a Bestop supertop which they had the best pricing for - Bestop was behind on manufacturing, but the follow-up and after sale service from Motorwise was top notch - will not hesitate to order again with service like that!

I ordered a winch, no order confirmation or follow up- why 2 stars. A few weeks I emailed and asked about my order, its on back order I guess. After 3+ weeks I canceled the order as I need the winch now. I understand its not their fault in shipping. However follow up is great, customer service is a must. 4 wheel parts.ca same delay for some lighting....however called me and emailed....excellent customer service as should happen so who do you think gets my great review and future business!!

My husband and I ordered a couple of items from here. They informed both were special order. Okay no problem. I ordered on April 24th. They contacted me April 26th, I replied April 27th saying yes continue the order. They didn’t reply until May 1, they are busy no problem. Around May 12th the one item was delivered. I called to check the status on the second item was told it would be a couple more weeks. Last week I emailed them as my first call with them wasn’t pleasant. I still haven’t heard anything. I understand with the pandemic things are trying however their customer service hasn’t been great. I would like to return the first item as it’s not what we want but are afraid to to start the return process.

My item never shipped out after waiting for two weeks. Its nearly impossible to contact them through phone, And when they finally responded to my email they let me know the item is backordered even though the website doesn't reflect that and cancelled my order without even asking me what I would like to do.

I made an order early February, it got damaged during shipping, I was told 2 separate times when the new one “should” be in but both times passed without an update. After calling in each time the date was pushed back due to apparently a delay from AVS. Problem I have is every time I’ve felt them pushing me to just cancel my order including this most recent call pushing my order to late May! Also, I ordered a similar avs part, the aerocab marker light at the same time as this hood protector Im waiting on from a different part supplier site and received it in a couple weeks. My neighbors after seeing mine ordered one themselves and received that a couple weeks later as well so I hope my disappointment is understood as I was really excited about both these products. I have not canceled and won’t in hopes my order is finally honoured. When that day comes I guess we’ll see if my review changes.
