The work I have done with Signe has been transformative.Having experienced deep trauma as I child, I have over the years approached my pain and deep inner wounds from many different angles. Hypnotherapy has by far been one of the most powerful tools that I have used. I came into the session with some skepticism due to the reality of having a strong spirit and sense of self. I honestly did not think that she was going to be able to hypnotize me. A part of the session includes getting comfortable in case you fall asleep. I have dealt with chronic pain for many years and falling asleep is not usually an easy task. During my session I fell into a dream state, which was recorded. I have listened to the recording several times since and it serves as an affirmation, strengthening me and acting as a catalyst for a new era in my life. That is how much healing has occurred since my first session in September 2022. When I met Signe, I was looking for help to overcome a challenge in my business where I wasn't showing up as fully as I knew I was capable of.I had two sessions with Signe, each of them focused on a specific element of my past related to my business success. Signe is really brilliant. I have seen a couple of other counsellors and it was nice talking to them but I never really felt like I was making progress. One meditation we did left me feeling very refreshed like waking up after a good nights sleep. She is super supportive and encouraging and has a warm and calming energy.
