They were incredibly helpful. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, I came to sell something because I needed money as soon possible to cover rent and they offered a pawn instead. I have 30 days to come back and the cost is extremely low for that long. Highly highly recommended.

This second-hand world is located in the center of downtown kitchener. This store has number of used stuff like guitars, video games, music systems, ebike, ps4 and ps5 games, phones, watches, jewelry, speakers, hardware items like drills, screw sets and other electronic accessories n products. But the prices are quite high for secondhand or used items as compared to original items it's almost the same or may be more. Still, you can buy stuff from here for a few things. Parking is available on the street, but its difficult to find parking.

Amazing! They have a lot of good products there, I went specifically looking for DS games and consoles. Very good prices on everything, they know what they’re doing, very nice and great customer service too. Very helpful, I will definitely be going back

Hello a couple days ago I brought in a motherboard with two memory sticks and a cpu and I was just wondering if I can switch the purchase to buy back program. therefore able to buy the product back for the 50$ I was given, this would be awesome.

I will keep this short and sweet. But wow guys.I have been in customer the service industry for over ten years and the experience I was given has surpassed all past experiences and expectations ever given.I came in in looking to trade an item of value for a gaming laptop.And through a long talk on my part, we landed on a device, and I was on my way.Not only with being assured my spec demands were there I was given the salesman his personal number (that I have now deleted) for just in case.We agreed on a time from to which I would test it out and if not satisfied full return no issue.Unfortunately, there was an issue with the laptop and so I proceeded to call the store.....ten minutes to close. (D##k move right)With no hesitation I was hand delivered a new device to my door with an apology and happier than ever with my product.IDK this is just either a good store or a store full of good guys who care.Thank you

Store was open in the middle of a snow storm promptly on time, service reps are knowledgeable and don’t push sales either. Overall great experience and great prices.Will definently be a return shopper
