Terrible customer service here. The staff don’t seem to care, sitting down and not acknowledging customers standing in front the store until you say something lol. I’ll never return to this location again. Very poor customer service compared to Bramalea city centre. I’m in Toronto n thought it would be a similar experience if I could give 0 stars I would

Prices are very reasonable, and the portions are large. The fresh juices are amazing, with a variety of healthy choices. I love the cakes and cookies.The guys staff is friendly and helpful ☺️

The bubble teas tased like artificial and so sweet, even though I asked for 40% sugar with regular ices. Buns are not fresh even though I went in the morning. Customer service was good.

No variety. The menu is literally shrimp/chicken/ beef with either rice or noodles. That's it! I've always liked it but I wish you could add more to it. I'm a fan of your mango avocado smoothie though, it's my favorite.Lastly, on my last visit I was dining in and a lady started mopping with bleach right next to me. I understand that you have to be clean, but eating while smelling bleach is not pleasant.

So, yesterday I went to this store to try some bubble tea. I thought maybe they have the brown sugar milk tea, like the other stores but sadly they didn’t. Anyways, I ordered a taro smoothie which I always get from a different store. The smoothie itself looks dark so I don’t know if taro suppose to look dark purple.The tapioca taste really bland and hard to chew. Also, doesn’t taste fresh.The workers were okay and welcoming I guess. But overall experience, I think it would be best if y’all go to other places like Gong cha, the alley etc.

Service was fast and helpful.Have sugar cane juice, bubble tea among others.Good value bakery! Daily and also end of day specials available! $6/6 buns no tax, $5 for two buns plus smoothie drink, $3.50 for two buns plus HK style milk tea, end of day $8/10 buns no tax.Also sell 老婆餅!!

Went here the other day for beef curry buns and a sausage bun. They smelled sour and horrible. I only realized after purchasing as they are sealed individually into plastic wrappers.. I do not recommend unless you want to get sick

Quick service by nice and friendly staff, the goods are fresh and tasty. Prices are extremely affordable. Enjoy a little piece of Japan!
