Terrific peaceful place and paved walking trail. Lots of swans, ducks turtles etc with plenty of resting benches with great views. Lots of parking.

Quiet place to meditate, or just take time to reflect. Turtle pond and lots of waterfowl. We seen an entire family of swans.

I adore this park. The turtles and ducks are so cute and friendly if you have food.I love seeing everyone walk their dogs through here as well. It's just a very calming place and a very nice trail.

Very lovely. There is a spot by the bridge by the 2nd entrance that was damaged by a motorized vehicle. It was nice to see the wildlife.

Seeing some major efforts to clean this place up. Definitely needs more charismatic and caring people to pick up the slack.... Sunday, you see my friends and I doing our own trash bash.. would love to see others picking up the pace!!

This place is 'Turtle Pond' to me. It's a great place to join a friend for a walk or a picnic at the tables. It's part of the wheelchair accessible waterfront trail and it takes me over an hour to walk east from the Marina to Hercimer and back west. From this location, the 'Turtle Pond', I find I can take the longer walk East, past the playground and exercise equipment, ending at the Hercimer boat launch, or the shorter walk West to the Marina. The walk is lovely in all seasons, and I really appreciate that the city does their best to clean up the goose poop around the pond area!
