It's a supplier, you dont have much choice, but staff are great.

Anixter branch is a part of a large company. Friendly staff. They have a good selection and stock of items.I must add that their service wasn't so good in the past since some sales agents wouldn't care much about you. But since the pandemia they changed the way things work and it seems to be working out better.

After reading the less than excellent reviews from a couple years ago, I feel we should share our experiences at Anixter's Vancouver Security Branch (formerly Tried-Ed).Service here has been quite excellent. A really good Sales Rep we were dealing with relocated to another office, but we were fortunate enough to land Ken C as our new sales rep. He's fantastic. Responsive, informed, detail oriented and personable. Two thumbs up for Ken.The limited interaction we've had with other staff have been really positive too - no complaints. We get the sense there have been a few changes since the takeover by Anixter; all for the better.Don't hesitate to come in and talk to the folks here, despite any poor experiences you may have had in the past. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the people, the service and the product.

I get it. You're waiting for your parts and you're bored. You thought you would read these reviews to kill time. It's Anixter, their prices are great and their staff go above and beyond to help meet your needs. Now go scroll instragram or tinder, whatever the kids do these days.

Kenneth Chong has been impeccable at providing prompt service even after hours when needed which we very much appreciate. Definitely recommend Anixter!

Thier pickup service could improve bit their people are great!

I ve been working in this company under agency basically they will kick you out after a while.... so this place it's not a safe place to work scary wearhouse ..... only Scott know the stuff they're not doing anything gathering laughing killing time go home ...oh Scott has to be a manager .....Mr Mike is so soft I don't think he took his job serious himself.... It's my opinion ....

I visited Anixter twice to purchase parts for a public-address system, and I was extremely pleased with their customer service. Art was very helpful in particular; he knows his stuff and was able to answer all my questions simply and completely. A great place to go for PA and security stuff.

Tri-Ed was better.They dont have a POS machine on premisesSlow customer service
