Driver just knocks the door once and then drops a pickup receipt.. clearly can do a better job by ringing the bell.. it cost me 30 min drive to just pickup a $20 item.

The staff member I spoke with was very nice and professional, and I appreciate that FedEx is the only delivery place that consistently delivers my packages to my door - everyone else leaves them at my neighbour's door.

The center is located at 7 MACALEER DR, CHARLOTTETOWN, PE, C1E2A1.Very nice staff, convenient location, easy to find as there is a clear logo.

Package was behind schedule and I had to pick it up at the Fedex office despite paying $100 for shipping. The tracking service stated I wasn't home to have it delivered Friday despite being forced to stay home due to a certain virus.

I am sure that you don't get alot of 5 star reviews. This is for the Fedex driver George Whitlock. He delivers in the North Rustico area. I had called Fedex to have my couch and another package rerouted to Chelton from my north Rustico address. I paid $15 for this. Fortunately George had clearly SAVED MY PHONE NUMBER from a previous request and called me to say he had these deliveries in North Rustico. He told me he had to send them back to moncton. He saved the day and has restored my faith!!!

Great staff and willing to help with any questions that I had. I have never filled out a fed ex form, but the staff were helpful and told me what I need to make sure I filled out, helped me in doing my calculations and weighed it as well as told me the cheapest way to send. My family member dropped off a delivery shipment to Apple in their drop box half an hour before opening and the delivery was never made. When she contacted Fedex regarding the matter, they claimed they never processed the package and they’re not held liable for their drop box. The only explanation is an employee saw a delivery box to Apple, stole the package and now they’re refusing to look into the matter. Incredibly unprofessional, and ridiculous of Fedex to offer a service to customers that’s not secure.Will definitely never use Fedex’s services again.

The guy I talked to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. For some reason he couldn't understand that I live in an apartment building and that I need to be contacted to be able to come sign for my stuff, but instead they show up without any notice and they don't even buzz my apartment? The will not leave a sticker with any information on it, they don't let me know they are here, they don't do anything. When I asked why, he just said we don't do that". I asked him to have it sent to a location near me and it has not made it there yet. I feel this guy is intentionally withholding my package because I wasn't happy when I called. I keep checking the status and it's saying it's out for delivery still

Their staff is awesome - just watch their hours since they're only open at a certain time. Other option is Staples as they are an official" FedEx mini or something. Let's see how that goes."
