I used this location as a drop off spot when I moved from out of town. He wouldn’t take the unit when I got there because they had “no where to park it”. I had to drive across the city to another location. Their excuse was well you’re supposed to drop it off tomorrow. I said no. That’s just how long I have it until. I never said anything about dropping it off the next day. Don’t waste your time coming here. Don’t be a drop location if you don’t have sufficient space. Incompetence.

Friendly, helpful, and accomodated a last minute date change. Great experience.

Rented U-Haul the other day from this location to help a friend move, and the service was really good. It smoothie was easy and fairly flexible. Even though I was late coming back, they worked with us and we’re reasonable. where I hope my brother moved two weeks ago and we went rented a U-Haul from 50th and 127 ave location. and we had to continuously jumpstart their unit and because of that we brought it back late and they ripped my brother and his girlfriend down and made them feel like they were completely in the wrong. went outside they had three staff members trying to jumpstart their unit to get it going to pull it to the back. But this location was awesome thank you guys I’ll definitely rent from you guys again.

Have used the GS helpers U-haul service a couple times now and they always have what I need when I need it. Very friendly staff that accommodates your needs and the location is ideal for anyone downtown, highly recommend using this location when doing your move in/outs.

Staff unprofessional, I didn't think they give value in good business. A lot of U-Haul in the city, consider going to other branch.

Had issues" with credit card terminal and wanted me to go to the bank and get cash. Pretty schetchy to me. He should have a back up or technician to trouble shoot his problem. Wanted more money from me because he couldn't use my credit card."

We were deceived! and we will not just leave it like that! I will write it everywhere and on each of your sites! We came to return the truckshe was examinedand told us to pay $156 more because we accepted the car with the previous driver's mileage and they took into account his trip and oursThey asked if we have a photo of the initial square footageMR said that no one told us to do this! This is a scam! It's a shame, but I'm not going to put money in some uncle's pocket!Sorry, I'm not a millionairethey charged money for gasoline, which we did not use!

Best U-Haul experience to date. Very friendly, made good suggestions. Luckily, I went in early to buy boxes and mentioned that I was expecting to pick up the truck at this location. They explained that a truck often isn't available at a particular location, but because they now knew I wanted to pick it up here, they could/would make that happen - and they did.All in all, an excellent local business!
