Elmira Diagnostic Imaging (WNR)

For starters, the patient that I drove there yesterday June 22nd, is from Guelph, and his family doctor sent him there because they schedule you quicker than any other facility in guelph, when I say quicker is months before, then our appointment was at 9:45am, but we got there 40 minutes earlier, we were greeted nicely by Marisa, she said that there was one patient before us, but if the patient would not be on time she would get him first, and that's what happened, thank you Marisa! Her and the diagnostic imaging technician were very patient and kind with this person, who has autism, and despite of him asking for paper and a pen, which she gave them to him, and joking and talking their heads off. Then I asked if they had an scale to weight this gentleman, because I forgot to do it at his home before we left, and again, Marisa went above and beyond the expectationsand got one and set it up fir us! Keep up with the good work you guys are doing, thank you very much!

I'd not recommend this location and will not go back although they had early appointments as opposed to waiting for weeks perhaps.The location itself was a little sketchy. The tech asked some weird questions while performing the ultrasound and made me very uncomfortable. I couldn't understand her instructions for the life of me and that was unfortunate. I wished they had someone who spoke more clearly and perhaps with a kinder tone?Negative experience!

I would recommend this place. I was able to get an appointment in 11 days compared to 4 months! The receptionist was very helpful...I ended up getting an appointment right away due to a cancellation.

Booked an appointment here way faster then the places in Guelph (appointment was not until February). I got in right away and the appointment went by quickly. Shabane was really nice and friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

I am glad, Marisa always assist my wife over phone there and Dr. Sadia is very efficient.

The receptionist of the Elmira clinic is incredibly rude and the US tech revealed info that she should not have to my daughter that was the patient.

This is a gem of a facility.I received timely, warm-hearted, expert imaging service from Sadia this week.Simple excellent.

I had two disappointing experiences at this location. The Ultrasound Technologist was very rushed and while I understand that legally they cannot say much during a pregnancy screening, she left me feeling worried about the health of my baby. I was rescheduled twice and a comment was made that the screening measurements would take too long. After having a much better experience at another location, it is clear that the care provided here is lacking.
