Great service and excellent customer care! When I initially called they didn't have the glass required for my repair at any of their local suppliers. But staff called a supplier on Vancouver Island and they were able to ship over the piece and repair my car's window the next day. Mark at the front desk was friendly, and helpful and the service itself took less than 2 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Come here before thinking about going to Speedy Glass! Tremendous customer service experience. Mark was fantastic in answering all of my questions and providing quotes for OEM vs OEE windshield replacement. Coordinated all of the ICBC claim. Keziah was also super friendly at the front desk in getting all of my paperwork sorted. Highly recommend!

They have an excellent customer service. I have a convertible that requires that trim moulding is also replaced when the windshield is replaced; insurance companies and other glass shoptry to get away with putting it back with adhesive, which ends up causing them to fall later and give me the headache to fill warranty claims. Novus made sure that those were also replaced, and the service was done once and right. Even the stickers in my windshield and my dashcam were transferred to the new one (which I was not expecting).

After calling and getting quotes to at least 5 other places, they were the cheapest by at least $40. Mark the manager was kind, efficient, and helpful. The positive atmosphere and effective service of this place was a great blessing. I would highly recommend. Apparently they take all insurance types, as well, but you might even be able to pay out of pocket, since they are a lot cheaper than some alternatives.

Wonderful and fast service. Called them on Friday and fixed it next Monday within a few hours. The drive back with the new windshield was amazing. The staff were all really friendly, the girl in the front desk was super kind and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Great customer service from Novus on West Broadway. They sorted all the ICBC paperwork, it took all the hassle out of getting a windshield replaced. Friendly and personable staff. They even vacuumed my car! Highly recommend.
