Très bel accueil chaleureux.

Jamais eu une aussi mauvaise expérience. Le nouveau toiletteur est un parfait incompétent. Il dit savoir tondre un bouvier; tu lui apportes une photo; et il te fait une job de cochon. À part de pour ramasser la marde des chiens dans la cour, ça ne mérite pas de travailler là.

1ere fois que je fais garder mon chien et je suis très satisfaite. Je refais l'expérience en septembre.

C'est fermé et je suis très déçu car ma chienne se faisait garder ka et le service était super.

Très bon service de gardiennage pour les chats à la maison. Nous l'avons utilisé plusieurs fois et nous avons toujours été satisfaits.

Service de grande qualité, des gens amoureux des chiens et qui sont aux petits soins avec eux!

Très mauvais service

Brought my irish setter. Was called about some knots they had trouble with. They asked if it was ok to shave some of the knots. I know my dog had some hard knots around the ears, under his chest and under arms. They completly shaved him..... everywhere!!! The chest and his side's have shave marks where the razor was shorter and he has patches all over his body. They cut the top of his head as well and looks like a bowl cut. There was no reason to completly shave him. The back of his legs and his neck, head , back and tail should never of been touched with that razor. Lack of experience, laziness, carelessness. Worst place to bring your dog if you are looking for a professional cut. Obviously has no experience with long hair breeds. Should of been ashamed to return the dog with so much patch work on it. Also when we came to get our dog there was 4 dogs in cages and where barking and the owner actually hit the cage and told the black lab inside to shut up. I don't want to imagine how he treats the animals when no one is looking. I am so discussed by this place and the complete lack of judgement on the owners part. NEVER WILL COME BACK AND WOULD RECOMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
