I had a complicated sewer line issue at my 1961 house. My plumber recommended calling Jonathan. I was very happy with how quickly Jonathan fit my job in. Had a leak in the sewer, bubbled out of the ground. Called a septic guy who basically told me I had to redo the whole septic system at a $30k price tag.Called Special T and after Jonathan came out with his camera, we decided to try and fix it. They came with the hydrovac and pump truck, located the D-Box, which was plugged, sucked and cleaned the septic field and all was repaired at a fraction of the cost. If I could, I would give 6 stars.

Amazing customer service and Jonathan is so nice. Did the job quickly and efficiently. You can't even tell they dug up the yard to replace the water line to my house and didn't have to disturb the deck or fence! Only a little bit of re seeding the yard needed. Will be recommending to anyone needing there services. We are very very pleased with the v service.

Just recently had a water line break in my more than complicated situation. The Special T Cleaning team did a spectacular job of tracking where my issue was without putting me through extreme costs. The time, care and knowledge that was brought right from the owner down to the employees was amazing. I really don’t get it. We had an appointment booked for last Thursday. Never heard anything. Called on Thursday, then on Friday a few times on Monday. Left voicemails. Getting ghosted. If I knew this company wasn’t going to do the job, I could have organized something else. But I’m essentially risking a sewer backup right now that would cost $20k out of my pocket. And have tenants with flooring ripped out that can’t get replacement flooring until I get this diagnostic job booked. And the weird thing is that I booked an appointment. So I really felt no need to look elsewhere. It’s one thing to cancel, it’s another to just ghost the client for no reason. Pretty annoyed to be honest.

I called to get a quote, and he was able to get a truck out to clean our septic tanks the very next day! Good price, and GREAT costumer service!! I will definitely be recommending Special T Cleaning in the future. Thank you for such a quick, friendly, and not even that stinky ... experience!
