I had been looking for a new sofa for months and couldn't find one until one day I drove by Sofa Express. Yasmin explained in details how they can help me custom design a sofa. My space is very small and it's a challenge to find a sofa that fits. It was almost 7pm and Yasmin kept the store opened and let me see the fabric samples and suggests different configuration that can satisfy my needs. It took me several visits until I finalized my order. Both Alnashir and Yasmin are very knowledgeable and have great patience for me as I needed a lot of help to decide which sofa to order. I'm very thankful that I made that stop to go into the showroom that day. My new sofa was delivered yesterday and I'm 100% happy with this purchase. If I ever need another sofa, this is the place I will go back to.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! We are beyond thrilled with our sofa from sofa express. It is so BEAUTIFUL and soooo COMFORTABLE. Because we have moved several times, this is our 4th sofa in 15 years and by far, THE absolute BEST. The owner Alnashir is so welcoming and knowledgeable about anything about sofa, the added benefit is he makes the best coffee (no joke!)Our custom made sofa arrived and it looked so beautiful. My husband & I went into Sofa Express after visiting many furniture stores. We were greeted by Claire and she showed us around and gave us a brief introduction of the store. Then we met Alnashir and Yasmin. They are very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and gave us excellent ideas. We went back to the store a couple of times to select the fabric that we would work for our home. They were very patient and gave us great recommendations. We’re very impressed by their warm customer service and professionalism. We are now looking forward to receiving our sofas!Since then, we’ve recommended friends who have also put in an order. Great personalized service from a fine couple, a good showroom, with a great selection of fabric samples, which paired well with a tasty cappuccino during the design…should’ve expected a bit more of a wait…but then…when it did arrive, one day short of 12 weeks, the personable, competent delivery guys, a quick set up with packaging removal, revealed the pleasant surprise of a high quantity custom ‘made in America’ sofa. The pride of ownership now becoming a reality… definitely has helped the sting of the wait, to melt away into a satisfying purchase. Well worth the wait.

We LOVED our experience with Sofa Express! First, the couch. It is exactly what we were looking for - stylish, great quality and extremely comfortable. We shopped around and found exactly what we were looking for, at a reasonable price. We also really appreciated coming to the showroom to see the fabrics and styles in-person. We received our beautiful new sofa on the Easter long weekend and absolutely love it!! The colour and fabric did not disappoint and it turned out better than we could have imagined. It was delivered a week shy of 3 months and well worth the wait.We decided to go with Sofa Express as their products are manufactured in North America and you had many different custom options available. The guidance and expertise provided by Alnashir was really helpful in making our selection. We have cats so thankfully the sofa is well made and of high quality as one of them has already put it to the test and it was purrfectly fine!
