Be careful at this place. I exchanged US into CAD. The money was 400 missing when I counted. When I warned them they claimed that they gave the correct amount to me and I stole 400! Horrible customer service. They didn't even apologize.

Had a wonderful experience today! My partner and I are going to an all inclusive in mexico for the first time and have had a hard time understanding how much to get out in USD/Pesos. I believe her name is Melissa was fantastic and even went as far as to write out the currency rates for us so we know how much we were tipping/spending in each when on our trip! The price also was more reasonable than I had anticipated - thank you again!

Had to convert some USD to CAD, the staff was very efficient and professional and I was in and out in about two minutes. The rates are okay as they do convert for under the market price. Make sure to bring in your photo ID while converting money

Awful. Called 10 times today (Saturday) no one answered the phone. Hours say 10 to 3 on Google and 10-4 on their website. Went and they were closed. Very disappointed. Can’t recommend going here.

They always have great rates (better than banks/airport exchange) and small denominations of anything I've ever been looking for. This is a busy shop but I never seam to have to wait. The staff is fast and friendly.
