The Grooming Pearl

Went here this morning fir the first time to get my one year old bichon/coton de tulear haircut. They did a fantastic job and didn't cut his fur too short. It took a hour and half me and my boyfriend had breakfast at benedicts while we waited. He looked perfect and smells so good. Will be coming back.

The Grooming Pearl has outstanding groomers who go above and beyond for their clients needs. Stephanie and her staff are always pleasant & kind. Highly recommend!

This is the third or fourth time I’ve used the grooming pearls services. I have three Pomeranians and they have done an excellent job each and every time. They know how to properly clean up and trim a Pomeranian. I don’t want them shaving their fur and making them look like lions. That’s horrible for their coats. This past session they both received extra conditioner and thinned out their base coat and kept the length . Nails trimmed and butts all cleaned up!

Such great service! Stephanie is really CARING and COMPASSIONATE, and absolutely LOVES doggies! She's extremely considerate about the dog's specific needs. Awesome customer service! We'll see you again, and again!

Amazing experience and treatment of my two dogs. They are so loving, patient and gentle with them...I couldn't ask for any better! You can tell that the staff really love their jobs and love the dogs in their care. They want them to feel comfortable and happy! We'll be back soon.

I’m genuinely surprised there are so many positive reviews. I have been here 3 times I believe and felt that the staff was rude, and the grooming was very substandard.Multiple occasions where nails were cut too short and caused bleeding while uttering the phrase “you’re fine” to my dog. I didn’t find they did a thorough job of bathing my dog, and my dog does not like going in at all. There was also one instance where I forgot about the appointment and was sent several rude texts despite me bringing him in 30 minutes afterward. I will not be returning and I do not recommend The Grooming Pearl.I acknowledge that all my interactions were with the same staff member and admit that other staff may be more pleasant and more competent.Edit:Since I cannot reply to your response, here is my response, without creating another negative review for you:Sawyer has been to several groomers, all of which have indicated that he is the best or one of the best and most gentle german shepherds they have ever met.You did not explain" to me that his nail was trimmed too short

I will never trust another groomer with my dogs! I have been regularly taking both my dogs to this groomer for over a year, once every two weeks for a nail trim and every four weeks for a full groom. Emma services both my dogs and they are so excited to see her, even my very reactive dog that does not like strangers. They come out happy, excited and very well groomed. Everyone here is professional and genuinely cares for the dogs they take care of. I will always recommend them

I have brought my dog to this groomers for a few months, and honestly they are fine. For the most part they do their job exactly as expected. But there is pretty consistently just something that they did wrong, and its always pretty small.For example a couple of the times I went there they just didn't trim my dogs dew claws and I had to do it myself afterwards. Last time I brought her there was just a notch in the hair of her ear that made it uneven and look a little weird. Every time I would remind them to trim her tail, and they did it only like 50% of the time, which was quite annoying because if its too long I need to brush it more regularly.Also my dog seemed more scared to go to this groomer than her previous groomers, but she was always totally fine afterwards so I don't know why. She never got an ear infection or anything like that, which is a plus.Ultimately, they are really expensive for what you get here. I don't really recommend it, but I wouldn't really say to avoid it either.

They were so friendly and did an amazing job with our 7 month old Shih Tzu, Tinker. She was timid at first but Lisa scooped her up and Tinker snuggled in. Her groom was just perfect!
