Purchased a small boat trailer, but by far, this is the heaviest, well built trailer that I have owned. Not surprised I see so many at the boat ramp. Tows well empty or loaded.

I kind of like my brand new boat trailer, BUT it needs some tweeks for sure. My problem is communication with their staff, its brutal. I'll happily edit or change my review if they ever help me get my trailer set up correctly with parts I am TRYING to buy from THEM to make it work better for me. They dont seem interested in helping me get it sorted out though, and after 4 months since I bought it and 4 attempts to get it taken care of, I still get no help.

If 0 stars were available, it would be more appropriate! Tried 3 times to place an order for a trailer they advertised on the website. After the third attempt and the salesman making every excuse possible to not make the sale, I went to Mayhem trailers and got what I wanted the first call !

Had an 7000lb axel break on me, they were very helpful and said they would install 2 NEW axels on the trailer. But only a week later my breaks failed, due to seal failure or over greasing. Under further inspection 1 axel is actually bent and both axels have severe spindle damage. There is no way the axels that were installed on my trailer were NEW axels. Thanks for trying to help but you guys aren't working on my trailer ever again. And I will never be buying another of your products again.

We found the trailer we wanted online and drove up from Ottawa to pick our new purchase up Monday - Chris was super helpful and the price couldn't be matched.Chris had us up and out in 30 minutes! Well worth the drive. Thanks for all the help Chris. you'll see us again.

I've owned 2 Excalibur Trailers. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the trailers and the customer service. I've had 2 issues due to no fault of the trailer, (blown tire which did some damage to the fender, and a piece that that broke due that was my fault) and the guys as Excalibur fixed me up as good as new for next to nothing. Highly recommended.

Bought a 16 foot boat trailer from Excalibur. Dealing with Dustin has been fantastic. I love the trailer but more importantly am able to confidently say that Excalibur stands behind their product 100% the customer support I received long after taking posession could not be better. Very much recommended and thank you Dustin.
