I've never called an auto repair shop and had a woman answer the phone that knows nothing about mechanics. My wife called 3 times and got the 3rd degree when she asked for a mechanic. Highly unprofessional.

I left my car with abbey , he didn’t fix it till the next day .my car stayed more than 48hrs at his shop and was very dirty when I came to pick it up . He can’t be straight forward and honest to his costumers . A problem that takes 2-3 hrs took them 2 days plus to do and wasn’t even done right am so done with them .
