J & R Septic Service

We have used J&R for many years and have always had excellent service. They are professional, courteous and efficient. We would recommend them to anyone needing to have their septic emptied

Great service.This is my first septic system, so I had many questions for the tech.The guy answered all of my questions and concerns, and made great suggestions. The service was quick and professional. They were 10min early and called me in advance.

Terrible! They came to pump out our septic tanks and about a week later everything became clogged and septic water started pouring into the basement. I could get a hold of them so I called a plumber. While there we had to open up the septic tanks again and the ones we opened were still FULL. I called J&R and spoke to the same guy 3 times. The first time I spoke to him he advised me to have the other guys to leave the talks open and he would come look at it that day or the next. He never came. The 2nd & third time I spoke to him he said he would be the that day. I waited a few days between calls. However, needless to say, They still have not come to fix there mistake. I feel we were lied to every time we talked to them and they never even emptied our tanks and that is what they were originally there for. Plus they dug our yard up Big time when they were there!! Now we are stuck with full and exposed septic tanks. Do yourself a favor and dont bother calling these guys unless you plan on supervising they're every move. I will never give them my business thats for sure!!
