Duncan Tailors

This is a neat shop with old school charm. I got a little fat and they let out my suit slacks. They adjusted the pants, dry cleaned the suit and everything was ready on time. Great gals at Duncan Tailors.

I took in a pair of 150$ jeans to have the zipper replaced and got them back mangled. The damage looked as if the elastic on the front and back of the jeans had been compromised. I don't stretch my jeans out that significantly, and the quality of them also wouldn't reflect this kind of issue from 5 months of wearing them. Both women who are generally quite rude were allOf a sudden quite helpful in trying to help me understand that it was 'just the fabric'. That was an indicator of guilt to me. It would be one thing if they owned up to it and didn't charge me (17$!!!) but the fact that they tried to hide it and still took my money was pathetic. Pretty choked, wouldn't go back here ever again.

I had a very pleasant experience with this trailor after being sceptical from the reviews. They were able to alter my wedding dress last minute and did a great job. I also found their rates very reasonable. I would come back here again.

This lady can see and does fantastic alterations. Took one of my clients there and I know she will be impressed. Have taken items there for a quite a few people. Completed very quickly and ahe is friendly. Her shop has been redone and it is really nice. Very cheerful. Great place to go for alterations.

Strongly recommend - pleasant service, efficient and always gets the job done!Anything for us from, a new skirt using a pattern; sheets for the boat from sheets at home; repair of a life jacket for our dogs, repair of other items from household to clothing.Always a good job. Price isn't the cheapest - But I find you get what you pay for and here I was happy with the result and happy to pay for her time and experience.CH

I had a cocktail dress altered. I needed it to be taken in, about 2 sizes. Great job, fair price!

My wife took her dress in to get altered and the experience was awful. During the fitting my wife even expressed that certain areas did not feel right, to which the tailor disregarded her concerns and stated there was nothing to worry about. Upon receiving the dress it looks so awful that we must bring it to another tailor to salvage, hopefully. It seems this tailor was just out to make a buck, I would not recommend them to anyone who values their clothing.
