I've had a good experience with the other staff except the service department manager. So here is the full story.I had my vehicle fitted with new led headlamps along with new dust covers and the dust covers were not properly sealed. Due to improper sealing, both the led bulbs got fused. I talked to this manager and even after explaining him why the bulbs got fused, he said that I'd have to pay for labour as the bulbs were still under warranty. Finally after lots of explaining and arguments, I got it replaced without paying for anything but I really didn't like the way he spoke to me and dealt with the whole situation. His behavior leaned more towards improfessionalism.

The best of the best! Dillan and the Capital Cadillac team are by far the best we've ever experienced for a new car purchase. Extremely attentive and truly customer focused, we really appreciated being treated like we meant something and that they cared. Thanks again for treating us like gold and we look forward to our next visit to the Capital family!
