I was disappointed with Bost tile. They don't return phone calls even though they promise they will. The installer was rude . He was arguing with someone on the phone and was so loud we could hear him from another floor. This is while he was in my home. When I asked him a question about our tile that he was installing he started yelling at me. I have never had a business treat me like that before. I will never have that installer in my home again. We complained to the company no response.

Had my whole bathroom tiled by Bost tile, the installer did an awesome job and on time..had a great selection to choose from aswell. Even helped me match out grout and caulking so it looks even better then expected. Definitely going back for kitchen and laundry room next.

Excellent selection and service. I found staff to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had two jobs completed at different times; one tile and the other laminate flooring and they did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

Sloppy work that doesn't last. They managed to make a mess of our flooring and our tiles. Less than 2 years later and things are falling apart. Multiple calls for support have been completely ignored. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Bost Tile just finished a job at my home in Niagara Falls. I ordered the tile from them and also had them install the tile on my fireplace. They showed up on time, were professional, finished the job when they said they would and cleaned up their mess. Not to mention they did an EXCELLENT job! Had an amazing experience for our bathroom renovation. Plenty of help from the ladies at the front while picking tiles, ensuring I had the correct amount of tiles to complete the job without having plenty of leftover. 4 sheets of hexagon tiles leftover and half a case of the subway tiles. The ordered everything and it showed up when they said, the hexagon tiles were delayed a couple days and they let me know as soon as they knew. I strongly recommend anyone who needs flooring or tiles to visit Bost Tile.
