Great Canadian Oil Change

I live in Trail, but get my oil changed here not only for the price, but the customer service and peace of mind that my vehicle is in good hands.I had an amazing experience with Dave from the team who drove from Castlegar to Trail when I mentioned a possible issue with an oil filter. He came quickly, and was equipped with everything he needed, but found the issue was just a false alarm.He arrived with good energy and a smile on his face, educated me on what the issue was and what to look out for in the future, and for peace of mind offered to replace the oil filter anyway. He was kind and never made me feel less than, even though the issue was never due to the service they originally provided.The experience left a lasting impression on me, and I’m grateful that there are good people like Dave in the community who’s kindness, integrity, and capability to be a good human being raises the bar for all the other businesses around. You guys definitely went above and beyond with the service you provide and with a smile to boot.I’ll be telling my friends.Thank you!!!

One star, because one guy over there was very rude. He spoiled my mood in the morning. Otherwise the job was done really quick. No problem with the job but the people.

the most amazing management and team ever!! Dave drove all the way out to Slocan to help with a partially broken power steering belt (which they had previously warned me about needing to be replaced), I cannot say thank you enough!!! Lesson learned, I will never take a mechanics advice lightly again!!Y’all are the best!!

I just switched to synthetic oil. Great, affordable place to get my oil changed. I don't have a carport or driveway, so this is the easiest and best service around.

Always super friendly staff when I have gone in there. Unfortunately, I went to change my oil today and yet again one of the workers have stripped the drain plug. This has happened twice now and I have had to take it into the shop to get replaced...not feeling very happy with them right now!

My first time there the guys were great.Efficient, polite and professional. I will be using them from now on in the future. No oil to dispose of if you do your own oil changes and no wasting a full day if you use the dealerships.
