Big bookstore but very messy and busy on the weekends. I think they don’t have enough personnel to put away items properly, so there were a lot of products that were strewn around by mid afternoon on a Saturday. Two entrances, the mall and the outdoor parking area. Look out for deals around the store.

Place for the book worm, bookstore is becoming far and few nowadays, i personally prefer a book in my hand if i want to read a novel or technical details rather than online. It's because i have no pressure to concentrate on the screen as i can come back to the same without any effort. Too bad they closed down the Starbucks coffee inside the store. Nice to see kids are still interested in reading books inside the store.

Definitely the best location in Metro Vancouver, besides Robson. Huge selection of books. Even rare and hard-to-find ones not available online, I was able to find. Staff is always friendly, or mid. Not rude at all. Good selection of magazines. Line-up is always fast, even with a long line of people. Always a store to check out with every visit at Metrotown.

Tranquil and peaceful place to escape the mall and read a book or immerse yourself in a modern library feeling. I get addicted to the smell of the new books while enjoying a cup of Starbucks. It's a good place to be if you don't want to go around the the mall with family members.

They got Manga and Graphic Novel for all ages and gender identity. Hardbound and softbound. Omnibus, volumes, name it, they got it. They also have toy section, mostly for toddlers and kids. And, yes, Funko pops. Because why not.

Great selection and variety of items, very friendly staff and vibe. Peaceful and quiet. Another top favorite place to visit, explore and chill. Sometimes I go just for that feeling even if I'm not necessarily purchasing something that day. Only sad part was very little staff Manning the tills so 1 person had to do the line herself, but she was pretty fast, friendly and efficient. That and I miss the Starbucks that used to be in there, it was nice and convenient since theone by the main entrance is gone to, so only the food court one is left I believe. Some sort of cafe would be nice

A great variety of books and art materials, as well as home supplements. First time I visit it and very amazed with their products. Also I think some items are just adorable.

This is the absolute worst disaster of a bookstore I have ever seen in my life. I give it two stars because it at least had a large quantity, but I’ll be darned if you can find any of it !!!! Most of the kiosks at which one could search for a book were off with a QR code taped to the screen. Almost every shelf had books at odd angles, or put in spine-first. Most sections weren’t sorted alphabetically by author OR title, so you sort of just had to dig through the mountain of books piled haphazardly onto the shelf to maybe, possibly find whatever it is you’re looking for. We literally could not locate an employee to ask for help. Just being in this store stressed me out. At least the home section was organized, but who goes to a bookstore to buy a throw pillow ?? Judging by the other reviews, this isn’t just a today issue, and this store needs a serious change. I hope I can return to a better Indigo one day.

I'm really sad what happened to this place, when it was chapters it was wonderful, we had the Starbucks inside You could grab your book and take a break have a coffee take your time. There was a wonderful clean bathroom there nice and convenient. Now that indigo took over it seems like they're doing the bare minimum of what is a bookstore, I kind of expect this location to go under within the next year or two.
