20 years in our home and we had never had our flue cleaned. Hired Bill to come out and he discovered we were badly in need of repair. We use our fireplace fairly regularly during the winter and the walls of our fireplace were badly damaged and a possible fire hazard. Bill had to custom build a new fireplace for us due to the original manufacturer going out of business. He did this efficiently, professionally, and economically. The new fire place looks great and also has a heat pannel that helps push the heat out into our family room. Great guy to work with and will be using again in the future.

We had Bill come out to inspect and clean our fireplace for the first time.He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and I actually learned a lot!I would highly recommend Bill and won’t hesitate to call him every year!

The owner, Bill Fox, came out himself and did an excellent inspection of our 26yo fireplace for us. Completely knowledgeable and thorough. He put all my worries to rest, made a few suggestions for future and cleaned up any mess made. I was reluctant to have someone out due to a less than nice previous experience many years ago. He has won me over for life. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend this company to family and friends. Don't put off the inspection!

If you have a fireplace and use it, please call Bill. Trust me, you will be glad you did. After 16 years of abuse, I figured it would be a good idea to have our fireplace inspected. (After noticing a large crack in the tile.) I called because we had received a flyer, and he was local. He was extremely accommodating and was able to come out just a few days later, even at his busiest time of year. Upon arrival, he immediately stated our fireplace was NOT safe to use, and needed to be completely re-built. He was able to procure the parts same day, and performed the service and cleanup same day. Not only was he extremely professional, and friendly, but so incredible educational. We had no idea how much we were doing wrong! I'll say it again, if you enjoy using your fireplace, please call Bill. He is not only one of the nicest people you will meet, he will make sure your fireplace is safe! We are SO glad we called!

I absolutely love Bill Fox, the Retired Fireman! Not only did he professionally clean and test my dryer vents but he also showed me how to drain the deposits in the bottom of my water heater, locate and change the filter on my furnace humidifier & pointed out how my furnace ducts had the wrong kind of tape on them! As a first time home owner, this information was invaluable and I am so grateful for his “above and beyond” approach to his customers. I have recommended him to several people!

This is the 2nd time we have used Bill for chimney cleaning and new gas log sets. Very friendly, on time, great value, knows a great deal about safety and new products. Cleans up after the job is done, goes above and beyond in all aspects of his service.We will be using Bill for laundry vent cleaning at all of our properties and getting the cage style vent covers replaced.Overall 6 stars or more - !! Bill is very helpful. I called him a few times in regards to some questions on the chimney for a home I was purchasing. He answered all my questions and was willing to go into detail, even though I wasn't able to use him as my inspector. If you're looking for honest, quality work, Bill is your guy!

Came out same day to inspect what another local company had told me. ( They said I needed an entire new fireplace and wanted $5000) This was not the case, our fireplace was just fine. Bill ( I think) was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me some great tips. Have told friends and family about him already and will definitely be in touch in the future for further inspections.
