We hired Stone Mill Construction for a renovation that was in a remote off grid location to our 75 year old family cottage.Which very quickly turned into a more complex project then we originally anticipated.Branden and Monika and staff were complete professionals to deal and work with, seeing how we couldn’t be on site all of the time. They did a great job keeping us updated with texts and pictures. We are so pleased with the job that has been done so far and know it will turn out amazing when fully complete. We would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking to do a renovation big or small in the future.

Branden and Monika and the Stone Mill team are the only guys in the industry I would recommend. They built us a custom garage with a loft above and from the get go they were responsive, showing up on time, keeping us posted with updates and progress photos. It was the first time i felt safe using a contractor and felt i wouldn't be screwed over. Their quote was higher than others, but the quality of their service just shines. We had asked for three other quotes and some took 4 months just to get back to us. Monika went through all the quotes with us and showed us that the other contractors omitted or forgot some major parts of the build that would have costs us over $50k in additional expenses. Stone Mill Construction is a breath of fresh air when it comes to using a contractor - if youve ever had a bad experience like we have, then I highly recommend you go to them!

We hired Stone Mill Construction for a demo and renovation of our kitchen, main bath, laundry room and mudroom/ powder room. Their pricing was very reasonable and their work impeccable. They tore out and laid new subfloor, heated floor and new tile in the kitchen, gutted the laundry and re drywalled and tiled, gutted, laid new subfloor and heater wire, tiled, re plumbed and drywalled the main bathroom and the same for the mudroom/ powder room. All their work from start to finish was completed in 4-5 weeks. They were very respectful of our space and even offered to work on weekends to help meet our kitchen install deadline. We will definitely use them again on another project.
