Walk N Wag

We have been using Sylvia for our dog walks for 6 months now and could NOT picture life without her. Sylvia is extremely professional and vets all of the dogs she walks to ensure the right temperament are joined up together on the walks. Sylvia visits different places each week which keeps the dogs both physically and mentally stimulated. Having a dog walker during those busy work weeks helps get that energy out in the mornings and my dog is settle the rest of the day! One of the things that really separates Sylvia from most dog walkers is that she ALWAYS keeps you updated during her walks with lots of videos and pictures.

We absolutely love Sylvia . She has been walking our three year old husky, named Jacob, for the past two years . Not only is she reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about animals but every time Jacob sees her, he jumps with joy. We have high expectation and are very cautious as to how we choose caregivers for Jacob. We would highly recommend Sylvia for any job based on the wonderful experiences we have had with her .

I am beyond happy to have found Sylvia for our pup! She takes amazing photos throughout their outings and ensures that my dog is safe and happy! She communicates so well with my husband and I and continues to amaze us every day. Our pup is super clean when we come home, even on the worst rainy/muddy days. Our home is the same as we left it daily, and sometimes more tidy as Sylvia goes above and beyond to pick up our pups toys that are all over the place!!!Below, there is a 1-Star review from HAN which is absolutely untrue. On our first meeting with Sylvia, she was professional and super sweet, listening to every detail we mentioned about our dog’s routine. She is such a kind person, and I see nothing but joy in my dog’s face every time I come home. She easily accommodates us if we need to dates, and is super flexible!Anyone in the Maple/Vaughan community is more than lucky to have such a sweetheart take care of their baby!We love you!

Sylvia far succeeds the expectations of a dog walker and treats your pet like family. She has been excellent in the training of my puppy Mia and in socializing.I work all day, and get daily pictures and updates of Mia going to dog parks, through trails, parks etc. She has taken extra care of Mia, helped clean up puppy messes, has come in times of emergency and been overall amazing. You will not find better.

Finding perfect dog walker for your lovely pet is like finding another member of the family, it can be challenging and it must be person who you trust.Sylvia is more than a dog walker or member of the family, she is fairy dog mother for your pet. She takes great care of our furry sons and we never have any concern when our boys are with her.We have noticed significant behaviour improvement in our big dog as he was prone to anxiety, stress and was being anti-social with other dogs aside from his adoptive brother. He is absolutely different dog now, he is back to being sweet and happy boy we once knew and we have Sylvia to thank for it.Sylvia will take our boys to stretch their paws in the park and run with other dogs, while making sure there is no confrontation with other pups.She will make sure they are comfy and warm on the rainy or cold day and will wipe their muddy paw paws after such walk. She inspects and gives attentive once over before dropping them off to ensure there are no issues (i.e scrapes, bugs etc) if she find anything she would immediately let us know.Our boys are always very excited to go out with her as she is true animal lover and we have plenty of cuddles to prove it.There is no better person to trust walking your pet!THANK YOU!Val, Rocky and Oscar!

Not your ordinary dog walker. We were looking for a dog walker for our dog who we adopted from a rescue. We went online and saw many profiles and were shocked at how many dog walkers there were and when we opened up their profiles they looked very young with minimal to no experience walking dogs. We went to my mother in law's house one day and noticed an advertisement hanging on the door. It was for Walk N Wag. We were intrigued and decided to send Sylvia a message. We got a call back the next day and just talking to Sylvia you could tell she was so energetic and loved her “pack”. She came over and met our dog and took our dog Bella for a promotional walk to see if Bella was the right fit for her pack. Which is such an important thing. We have used Sylvia for 2 years now and have adopted a second dog which she walks as well. She really does love her job and can’t get enough of her dogs. Our dogs head to the window around the time they know she shows up and wait for her, they get so excited that Bella would pee herself with excitement for the first year when Sylvia showed up. She has gone above and beyond with our babies and visits them when they are sick and brings them stuffies. She even accommodated our dogs when they were both not feeling well. She came after all of her walks and took our dogs out for an individual walk. Sylvia loves taking the dogs to new and exciting places. My wife and I love that while she is out with the dogs she sends us pictures and videos of what they are upto. She has an art of taking the best pictures of her dogs. She really captures their personalities. We love Sylvia and she has become part of our family and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a compassionate, hard working and caring dog walker

AMAZING! I'm so happy to have found Sylvia and Walk N Wag for our dog Charlie. He was/is an anxious dog and Sylvia has been wonderful with him; he absolutely loves her and his walking buddies! It's been about 4 months and we all couldn't be happier - I travel for work and can easily add in extra walks as needed. I also appreciate the photos from her while they're out and about ☺❤

We absolutely love Silvia. She picks up our Kytee at around 11 and drops her off around 2 Pm. She always cleans kytees paws before coming into the house and Puts her food out for her after her walk. During the walk she is always sending us amazing photos of our dog playing with her friends. After the walks, she always takes photos of kytee at home to let us know that our dog is safely dropped off. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Our dog is out for almost three hours, gets to play with other dog in a large park and is returned home safe and clean. Silvia is so kind and easy going and always responds to our texts and questions promptly and thoroughly.. not much else you can really want in a dog walker!! Thank you Silvia for the amazing service you provide for us..

We were always hesitant to use a dog walker, but after we met Sylvia, we knew right away she would take care of our husky! Very reliable and very pleasant, I don’t think we could have asked for a better dog walker.
