Worst customer service ever .. 3 cashiers at 6 pm moving slower than a snail , asked if they had anymore people to help and girl gives me the eye roll . Listen it’s customer service you don’t have to work here if you can’t handle the pressure! Move on

The employee working outside the fitting room is so rude and mannerless. She has no respect for the customers. I had such a terrible experience there. If such people are working there no one would like to visit the store. Honestly work on your employees. Poor customer service representative at Winners at 6:45 pm.

Worst winners location ever. I went there to return the pants that I purchased earlier and asked for the refund. Instead of giving me the refund she charged me another 73$. When I showed her the statement from my online banking reflecting the charged amount she lost it. She started saying that I don’t know how “my visa statements” looks like and then she started showing her her bank statements from chequing account. For the records her name was Harleen. Then she called her manager who was worst than her. She refused to listen to me or look at the transaction I was showing her. The manager was already fighting with someone else regarding their return. So overall, my experience was horrible and I would never come back. They should know how to treat their customers equally without any sort of discrimination…..
