Bridgewater Honda

We had the best experience at Honda Bridgewater a week ago when we bought our new Honda CRV.Troy Ernst is without a doubt, the best car salesman either of us have ever dealt with. He is so personable, not pushy and absolutely knows his products inside out! We were both made to feel at ease during the whole process with Troy!He is abundantly patient with his customers, and generously allows as much time as needed to explain things and answer all your questions. If this man hasn’t been acknowledged by his superiors, then it’s time!!!We would recommend anyone thinking of trading and/or purchasing a vehicle from Honda Bridgewater to ask for Troy!!We just met him but would like to reinterate how great this man is at his job! I appreciated the time Tim spent with me. He did not push. Before we even discussed anything he had me sit in the car to see how it felt then take it for a drive...spent time going over the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable with everything.

My car needed a check up because it wouldn't start. I dropped it off and the next day Honda took a look at it and figured it was the battery. Two days later they replaced the battery at an awesome price! Very pleased

Great customer service, drove all the way from the Valley for warranty work on my Civic. From the person who booked my appointment to the advisor in the service department. They even sent me a video indicating break pad/tire measurements.

Went into Bridgewater Honda to look at buying a car, I told sales what I was looking for (a 3 year old vehicle at the oldest), including the features that were a must have for me. After sales trying to get me into finance a new Honda I stated that I couldn't afford a 2023 at their financing price point. So they texted me the details on some 2012 sedan. After saying I didn't want a car that old, with none of the features I requested, it was clear they wanted my money but wanted to send me home in junk. I emailed another sales person that came highly recommended only to be told I was dealing with another sales person originally and basically were not going to help me. At this time all communication, emails, text messages, etc. came to an abrupt hault.I most certainly will never buy a vehicle from Bridgewater Honda and will take my business and future business to another Honda Dealer in some other county.You didn't just miss out on one sale, you missed out on 30 years worth of car sales.Congradulations, perhaps a course in customer service and how to treat prospective customers is in order.Cheers!

I had been dealing with another dealer exclusively in the valley for over 13 years buying several Mazda and one Nissan. I decided to browse around Bridgewater Honda, and Troy Ernst brought me over to a new dealership, and a new brand. We are very brand and company loyal, so to make the switch is a very big deal for our family. We enjoyed a great sales experience. Troy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the product. And the deal was seamless and stress free. During the delivery, there wasn’t a detail left out while going over the vehicle we purchased. And I was well researched going into the process. So I’d know if something was left out. Normally I am very sad leaving my traded car behind. But this time I felt very satisfied and happy knowing we made the right choice. Thank you so much Troy. If it wasn’t for you and your customer service we probably wouldn’t have made the switch. But so glad you got us into the Honda CRV touring hybrid. So far, the fuel economy is better than what is advertised for the car, based on our driving. I now consider myself Team Honda and Team Troy. Thank you.
