Ultimate did all the doors and windows in our home. They stand behind their products and have helped me out anytime I've had questions or a problem. They also respond quickly which I appreciate. We're very happy with Ultimate.

One of my windows from Ultimate got broken and I have to get it replaced. I went to their Office 5 times over the summer, starting in July, Each time I went in, they assured me that the the representative will contact me to let me know when they will be in the area. It is now middle September and nothing. Not even a phone call or email. They may be fine in selling the product but if it gets damaged they ignore you. Lots of nice talk but they only hope that you will go away. I give them 1 star only because I have to in order to rate them. This company is not even worth one star.I see you have responded to me after 6 months. And you even managed to track down my name. But why would you slant the truth. For clarification......Yes I did ask if the widows were under warranty, but never did I ask for not to pay because as you said it was my fault that the lawn mower flung a rock through the window, but the windows were fairly new, so some warranties do cover that so I thought it was worth an inquiry . And yes your representative did contact me eventually..... In late September/ early October (3 months afterward) and I never said to the representative that I did not want to pay for the window, What I told the representative was that I already replaced the window and paid Admiral Auto Glass to replace and install. (who by the way sent some one out and gave me a quote the same day I called). As I told your people five times I realize it was Covid all I need was an approximate date because I was going on vacation. But no one ever called. On that note I will end this and I am glad that you ended your response the way you did. Because this is a true representation of your customer service and its nice to be happy.

I ordered a new customized front door and a new bathroom window. It took 20 weeks to arrive due to the pandemic. Planning carefully is the key.The door and window were delivered to my home.They offer installation as well if you do not have your own contractor.The payment can be done via credit card.They may move to a new location soon. You may have to call to pay a visit to the store.
