Unprofessional and not thorough, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Before I bought my apartment , I asked & paid them to inspect it.They didn't mention anything about leaking the main valve and the dead compressor of the Furnace. It is really disappointing .

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW. I had originally posted a 1 star review and since removed it upon Mike's request. Mike is the home inspector. I decided to not be so friendly as due to his poor service and capability as a home inspector we have had to deal with many issues. We purchased a property and hired him as our home inspector. He was referred to us by our agent. He spent only 2 hours doing the home inspection and took our money. Once we moved in, within days, we noticed things that he had missed. Broken doors, water damage, mold, etc. He chose to take no responsibility for this. Whoever reads this review please look at the photos that I have posted as everyone including my agent said the home inspector should have caught this. He is incompetent and useless. Please beware.
